An historic SEC vote may foster 400+ small IPOs a year, providing a new route of funding for companies and participation by non-accredited investors. We’re excited about the new Reg A+ and you should be too!
Title IV (Regulation A+) may finally become a reality. If SEC Commissioners follow the unanimous recommendations of the SEC Advisory Committee, they will vote for preemption of states involvement in securities offerings.
